- Prepare clients for interviews by conducting mock interviews and providing constructive feedback.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and track their progress throughout the job search process.
- Stay updated on job market trends and share relevant insights with clients to keep them informed.
- Collaborate with the team to develop resources, tools, and strategies to enhance the job search experience for clients.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a virtual assistant or career coaching role, ideally within a recruitment agency or consultancy.
- Strong understanding of the current job market, including employment trends, industries, and skills in demand.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to connect with clients of varying backgrounds.
- Proficient in resume writing, cover letter creation, and interview preparation techniques.
- Highly organized with exceptional time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively in a remote work environment.
- Familiarity with various online job boards and professional networking platforms.
