Position Overview
As a member of our customer support team, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our customers have the best experience possible. You will be responsible for assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product and service information. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional support to customers via phone, chat, or email.
- Resolve product or service issues by clarifying the customer’s complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; and following up to ensure resolution.
- Research required information using available resources.
- Handle customer inquiries with a sense of urgency and professionalism.
- Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records.
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate teams.
- Continuously improve support processes and procedures to enhance customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 1+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM systems.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently while being a team player.
